TFTC Parent Orientation a Great Success!!

On March 6, 2010, The First Tee of Charlotte hosted its first Parent Orientation of the year. Over 30 Parents and Participants showed up to learn more about the program, its offerings and what to expect as members. The day began with a light donut/juice breakfast followed by a welcome and overview by the Executive Director, Vincent King. The group was then escorted on a tour by members of the Parent Advisory through the new facility. The rest of the orientation focused on the program from A to Z including the Life Skills Experience, Volunteer Opportunities, On and Off Site events, and Rules and Expectations for Participants and Parents.
All in all the group asked some great questions and seemed to feel well informed about their participation.
